Manager (Mike Patel) was extremely accommodating, friendly and went out of his way to make my stay great! Bed (mattress) was new and very comfortable. My bedding was changed upon my arrival and room was very clean. New floors looked very nice. Upon completion of the renovation in progress, this hotel will be even better.

Non smoking room was a smoking room. Had to use air sanitizer to get rid of the rooms smell of smoking. The smoke alarm was not working properly. Beeping every 8 seconds(?). I fixed the smoking alarm. Cigarette burn markings on the bed spread. Shower was lukewarm. No hot water. Other than the above room was ok.

The front desk’s service was really great, I had to modify my reservation in a way that ended up being challenging for them, but they were friendly and supportive and didn’t give up.

The room had been remodeled, with all new furniture. Within 5 minutes to 6 flags, football stadium or baseball stadium.
